Caroline is a successful recruiter. Her experience encompasses both agency recruitment and in-house talent acquisition.  She has met the diverse needs of a range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, and startups looking to build their team from the ground up.

Caroline is particularly experienced within the consumer goods sector including manufacturing, retail, direct-to-consumer, cosmetics, food & beverage, adult beverage, and cannabis.  She understands the unique challenges employers face within consumer goods and how to navigate them for her clients.

Caroline devotes her time to knowing her clients’ business and then to knowing the candidates she brings to them. She understands she is the client’s eyes and ears in the marketplace. She approaches each individual requisition creatively and with precision, diligently managing the risks involved in making a successful hire.  She takes great pride in her work and the relationships she has built over the course of her career. 

Caroline obtained her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Utah Eccles School of Business, where she was a member of the Business Scholars Program. Caroline serves as a Big Sister through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County, California, Agency.
