In line with their continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Training and Development Executive to be based in their operations in Dubai. This role will be broadly responsible for all management training programs for all supervisory and management staff across eleven countries in the Middle East region. To succeed in this role, applicants will need to demonstrate experience in designing and delivering senior management learning and development solutions in a regional capacity in addition to a clear understanding of identifying how the training and development team can best support the business and ensure that examples of best practice within the leadership culture are set.
