1Business Support Administrator
Mosaic Search & Consultancy is a strong regional player in the Middle East, North Africa and Iran, providing customized recruitment solutions to top-end multinational and regional clients across the Middle East. Due to our continued success and growth, we are now seeking an additional Office Administrator to support our team. Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will manage the administrative / secretarial operations for the Partner and the team. Experience required in organizing meetings, maintaining filing system, correspondence with various suppliers / Clients. Responsibilities will vary and evolve over time and include managing all services, IT support, procurement, invoicing and cash collection. On search assignments, coordinating with our Consultants to ensure prompt and professional weekly reporting to clients and, initial calling of target companies / candidates for market mapping. The successful candidate will have 2 – 3 years experience, advanced MS Office skills and possess a university degree. The role will be varied and at times frenetic so a highly flexible and adaptable approach is essential.
