| To plan and set up a routing list covering high and medium volume customers within assigned territory.
To achieve monthly and annual sales target and “Market Share Dominance” through brand conversion in the market segments under the routing list.
To execute and achieve the set daily objectives for sales, distribution, range selling, promotional programs and customer stock weight as appropriate.
To ensure timely submission of all administrative work such as Daily Sales Report, Update weekly and daily routing schedule list, regularly update Customer Profile Form, Competitors Pricing and Market activities and any similar reports as may be assigned by management.
To conduct task force activities as and when required.
To report on the local sales guidance and support.
To interface on product category business policies and directions with the marketing department within the company.
Report to General Manager – Sales for local sales guidance and support. |

The primary focus of the roles will be for sales and business development in order to grow the commercial portfolio through acquisition of new customers and improve the quality of the portfolio through regular monitoring of the relationships and risk assessment. Candidates should have a minimum 2 years banking experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking in UAE market, handling corporate relationships. In addition we require a Bachelors degree from a recognized university and be fluent in English both written and spoken. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills and an ability to deal with customers at various levels are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure.

Our client is seeking a committed and energetic person for the position of Sales Administrator in their Export office, based in Dubai. The export office provides sales administration, accounting & business control services for 17 countries mainly in the Cluster Greater Middle East.
The post holder will be reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager. And her key responsibilities include; Order handling: Place packaging material orders, invoicing & documentation, verification and checking of LC’s, preparation of documents as per LC terms & conditions, follow up with banks on LC’s and documentation.
The Incumbent will be a Graduate in Commerce (BA/BCom) and have excellent command over English (verbal & written), extensive knowledge of Letters of Credit, experience in preparing documentation as per L/C stipulation, basic accounting skills, logistical skills, good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. The successful applicant will be result oriented team player, Proactive and supportive, organized and systematic, self motivated and takes initiative and has the ability to work under pressure.
